Free Juicing Report

Hey Gang,

Finally got pen to paper (well sort of) and wrote a free report for anyone interested in getting started with juicing.

Thirsty?

Thirsty?

I am a huge fan of my juicer and what it produces.  Always feel better when I have a fresh juice to start the day.  My mood improves, my energy soars and my body responds.

If you are a new to the world of juicing, download my free report.  It will get you started with 5 must have recipes and the easiest ingredients to use.

I am so inspired by my report I think I’ll start a juice fast tomorrow.

I hope you enjoy the report!  Get juicing!

I Love the Biggest Loser!

Yep!  It’s true!  I can’t get enough of Season 7’s Biggest Loser.

Biggest Loser

Biggest Loser

Last season the show was a bit of a disappointment to me.  Too much fighting and game play.  It seemed to me that the some of the participants were only in it for the money.  Which is never a reason to get healthy.

Season 7 is different!

I love the passion that the contestants are putting into the show and themselves.

Giving up a year’s worth of groceries to the mother of 5, helping each other through challenges no matter what team they’re on, sacrificing themselves for their sister or partner…  all reasons to love the show and what it stands for.

Not to say the Biggest Loser isn’t without faults.

I have a hard time watching Allison say the same thing over and over..

“your current weight is…”

“remember you need to have lost more than 77 pounds as a team to keep two people safe from elimination this week”

“you have 3 votes, one more vote and you will have to say good-bye to your teammates”

I think Alli is great for the show and I love her as a host but the repetition is getting to me!

Trainers, Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels are once again making the show and the contestants all they can be.  Bob getting worked up and screaming at Joelle for her attitude and excuses.  Jillian getting upset by her team’s failure to control themselves while they had 24 hours of pampering off the ranch.  The tears, the swearing, the drama~  I can’t get enough.

The opportunity to be part of the Biggest Loser is life changing and I am very glad that people like Tara are part of it.  She is an inspiration to us all to get off the couch, get moving and get fit~

“What have you done today to make me feel proud?

This show really is the “olympics of weight loss” like Jillian said when the partners were reunited and the stay at home players had to weigh in.

While it’s not realistic to think that just anyone can lose 16 pounds in a week without a personal trainer, being separated from real life and it’s challenges and the temptations of our society, but if it’s being done on the show, it is possible!

Don’t set your sights for 16 pounds.  Set your sites on getting out of lazy, unhealthy habits and into a better, fitter lifestyle.  The pounds will come off if you just GET STARTED!  Not tomorrow or next week but NOW!

Keep the episodes coming, keep losing the weight and we’ll see you tonight!
